LN probing
Binance が LN 出金に対応したが、Phoenix や Breez に出金ができない問題が発生している。

Probing が原因ではないかという話

LSP 型の場合、モバイル node までの probe が成功しない可能性がある
JIT channel 機能があれば別に問題ないのだが、probe に失敗すると送らないということか
